For your first visit, bring comfortable workout clothes, trainers, and a water bottle. We provide towels for members, but you're welcome to bring your own. Don't forget a valid ID for registration if you decide to join.

Yes, we have certified personal trainers available for one-on-one sessions, small group training, and specialised programmes. Personal training sessions start from €65 per session, and Elite members receive 2 sessions per month included in their membership.
